Western style : NT$ 1500+10% per person (includes rent, one food and beverage service, and western style buffet)
(For 15 people and above. There will be additional rent charges of $460+10% per person for projects less than 15 people)

Western style : NT$1980+10% per person (includes rent, two food and beverage service, and western style buffet)

• Preparations and cleaning before and after the above mentioned hours will be charged according the actual time used
• The western style refreshments are prepared base on number of people attending the meeting, including coffee, tea, two type of Dim Sum(optional salty or sweet), two kind of handmade biscuits; serving time limits to 30 minutes.
• Free projector unit 1 set.
• Western buffet is provided on first floor at the Four Seasons Café
• Meeting scratch paper and pens are provided for everyone attending the meeting
• Meeting room has white board, platform, microphone, and 70 inches screen; all other meeting equipments are charged base on the price list
• Free parking available during meeting
The above meeting arrangements are available only during daytime weekdays; night time and holidays not included

1 Refreshments:
A. Coffee and black tea NT$180+10% per person (limits to 30 minutes per person each time).
B. Coffee and black tea, two kind of dessert(can be salty or sweet), two kind of handmade biscuits, NT$310+10%/pre person (30 minutes per person).
C. Coffee and black tea, two kind of dessert(can be salty or sweet), two kind of handmade biscuits, seasonal fruit, NT$360+10%/pre person (30 minutes per person).
2 Meeting room offers free white board, platform, microphone, and 70 inches screen; projector lease is available at NT$3500 per meeting .
3 Preparations and cleaning before and after the above mentioned hours will be charged according the actual time used.
4 Down payment of 30% of the total charge is payable at confirmation for reserving the meeting space.
5 Overtime: exceeds 30 minutes and less than one hour will be count as one hour/exceeds two hours and pass the lunch/dinner time will be count as one full day.
